Vinification: 18 hours of cold maceration on the skins, 2/3 of the fermentation in white in steel, 1/3 of the fermentation in acacia tonneaux.

Aging: 12 months in acacia tonneaux and 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5% to 14.5%.

Color: Straw yellow with intense golden reflections.

Taste: Fresh, full-bodied and elegant on the palate with a honey aftertaste.

Bouquet: Intense, hints of fresh fruit such as peach and pear and honey.

Pairings: Ideal with appetizers, both delicate and strong, fish-based dishes, first courses, main courses of meat and medium-aged cheeses.

Opening: It is recommended to leave the wine to "breathe" 35-40 minutes before serving.
