Vinification: Controlled temperature in steel tanks for a duration of 30 days. Pumping over and various operations are foreseen according to the oenological and traditional uses and customs. Aging in Slavonian oak wood with 25-50 Hl barrels. for a duration of at least 30 months.

Alcohol content: From 13.5% to 15.5% depending on the vintage.
Food matches: Barolo goes well with structured first courses, and overcooked and roasted meat dishes. Very pleasant company, both at the table and after lunch.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense red color with light garnet refluxes. On the nose, typical sensations of ripe fruit mixed with slightly musky undergrowth flowers, all seasoned with the right amount of wood scents. Balanced, harmonious flavor with excellent body characterized by the typical elegance due to the correct synergy of aging in wood with the majesty of winemaking. Sensations of ripe red berry fruit alternate with jam.
