BRUT ROSE SPARKLING WINE
Grapes: 50% Barbera 50% Nebbiolo.
Vinification: Fermentation and maturation in tanks
of steel for 6 months, second fermentation and further 4 months
on the yeasts. No sugars are added to the wine, the
refermentation is due to the residual sugar of the
base wine.
Aging: Ready to drink.
Alcohol: From 12.5% to 13.5%.
Color: Rosé.
Taste: On the palate it gives the impression of being well
balanced and floral with an elegant and persistent
effervescence.
Bouquet: The nose is well balanced, evokes the aroma of
fruit and floral.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and with
appetizers, seafood and poultry. Ideal with cheeses
soft and sausages.
Opening: Ready to drink.
Serving temperature: 10º C. - 50º F.
Consumption period: It can be stored in the cellar for 1-2 years.
