Color: Intense garnet red.

Taste: Austere and intense with an important tannin and a long persistence.

Bouquet: Floral notes of violet and mint, spicy and balsamic hints of pepper, leather and coffee.

Pairings: To be combined with raw appetizers, sausages, delicate first courses or first courses, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
